Terms of service
These terms govern your use of rajatveda.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Imagine Enterprises, a sole proprietorship registered at 4th Floor, 2/4/123/136, Flat No. 402, Manoj Heights Apartments, Street Number 12, Boduppal, Swaroop Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkajgiri, Telangana 500039, India, GSTIN 36CAFPG1338G2ZZ ("Rajat Veda", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Products and descriptions
We sell German Silver homeware and gifting pieces. German Silver is an alloy of copper, nickel and zinc and contains no silver; where a piece carries a gold-tone finish we describe it as gold polish, never as gold.
Every piece is hand-finished, so small variations in engraving depth, finish and weight are normal and are not defects. We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but screen colours vary between devices.
2. Pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Where a struck-through price is shown, it is the price at which we intend to sell the piece once our launch pricing ends; it is not an inflated reference price.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, and refund any amount paid, if the item is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
4. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. All orders are paid for in full at the time of ordering. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your card or bank details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Dispatch, timelines and charges are set out in our shipping policy, which forms part of these terms. Delivery timelines are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Bulk and corporate orders
Orders of 25 units or more are supplied under a separate written agreement covering pricing, engraving, packaging, timelines and cancellation. The returns terms above do not apply to bulk orders.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including photographs, illustrations, text, the Rajat Veda name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Your account and conduct
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to extract its content by automated means.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
