Every order is dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. You get a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your parcel leaves us.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities — 3 to 4 working days after dispatch
- Tier 2 and 3 cities — 4 to 6 working days
- North East, J&K and island territories — 7 to 10 working days
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders of Rs 1,999 and above
- Rs 150 flat on orders below Rs 1,999

Payment
All orders are paid for online — UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking or a wallet, through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery.
How it arrives
Every piece ships in its own velvet presentation box, inside a padded outer carton. Nothing needs re-wrapping before you hand it over.
Festive season
In the three weeks before Diwali, courier networks slow down. We keep dispatching within 48 hours, but please allow two extra days for delivery. For guaranteed festive delivery, order at least 10 days ahead.
Something wrong with your parcel?
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging before opening it fully and write to us within 48 hours. We replace damaged pieces at our cost, no questions.
