Dispatch

Every order is dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. You receive a tracking link by SMS and email the moment your parcel leaves us.

Shipping charges

- Free shipping on all orders of Rs 1,999 and above
- Rs 150 flat on orders below Rs 1,999

The exact shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

All orders are paid for online, through UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking or a wallet. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Delivery timelines

- Metro cities: 3 to 4 working days after dispatch
- Tier 2 and 3 cities: 4 to 6 working days
- North East, Jammu and Kashmir, and island territories: 7 to 10 working days

We currently ship within India only.

How your order arrives

Every piece ships in its own velvet presentation box, inside a padded outer carton. Nothing needs re-wrapping before it is handed over as a gift.

Festive season

In the three weeks before Diwali, courier networks slow down. We continue to dispatch within 48 hours, but please allow two extra days for delivery. For guaranteed festive delivery, order at least 10 days ahead.

Damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging before opening it fully and write to us within 48 hours. We replace damaged pieces at our cost.
